Outlet types

Main branches handle everything including prize claims and account services. Authorised retailers — newsagents and convenience stores in malls and HDB estates — sell 4D, TOTO and Sweep tickets and pay smaller prizes.

Draw days

4D draws Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 6:30pm; TOTO Monday and Thursday 6:30pm; Singapore Sweep on the first Wednesday of the month. Sales for a draw close shortly before it starts.

Claims

Up to $5,000 at any outlet; above that, the main branch at 210 Middle Road with ticket and NRIC.
